RatingRated PG-13 for prolonged sequences of action and violence including intense gunfire and explosions, some language and a brief sexual image.

    Leslie's Notes

Did I mention that Channing Tatum is in this movie? I also think that Jamie Foxx runs around somewhere in the background of the film. Child Actress Joey King, who turns 14 years old on July 30, is amazing in this role as Channing Tatum's history obsessed (and technology advanced) daughter Emily.

"White House Down" reminds me of the first "Die Hard" movie released in 1988 starring Bruce Willis as a New York policeman who confronts German terrorists during a Christmas party in a downtown Los Angeles office building!
